Presented by the Boston Harbor Hotel, the celebration includes dishes that compliment wines from Europe, the West Coast and beyond.
Dinner Themes
Returning this year are some popular dinner themes that have enchanted guests in the past including: the Battle of the Cabernets, a blind taste test of California cabernets hosted by Chef Daniel Bruce; Super Tuscans, a sample of tasty Tuscan wines accompanied by an extravagant four-course Italian meal; and Meritage Madness, a chance to taste, discuss and hear the professional opinions of various Northern California Bordeaux-style wines.
Delectable Dishes
The featured Chef Daniel Bruce delicately combines his fanciful dishes to compliment the wines of the evening. Bruce's culinary creations have received national and international acclaim. Also recognized for its dedication to wine-inspired meals is his restaurant, Meritage.
